Marketing Campaign

While Palisades shines as one of the Charlotte Region’s most prestigious communities, it needed help spreading the word to homebuyers and the Real Estate industry. BURKE led a full marketing campaign beginning with a panoramic brochure that showcased the pastoral beauty and vast recreational activities that make Palisades a welcome retreat.

SALES CENTER DESIGN

BURKE noticed an opportunity to make the Palisades Sales Center more welcoming and interactive for potential homebuyers. By creating sales sheets and kiosks that enabled visitors to view and customize floor plans, the Center encouraged longer visits as well as valuable buyer and Realtor® input.

REGIONAL COMMERCIALS

Directed and produced by BURKE, new Palisades radio and television commercials aired across the Southeast market. The coordinated effort sold the unique scenic, location, and recreational advantages of Palisades with rewarding results.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Through photography for all promotions, ads and sales campaigns, BURKE assured a cohesive, dramatic campaign.

PRINT ADVERTISING

Palisades supplemented its Sales Center and promotional materials with a number of BURKE-designed print ads that promoted the property’s esteemed builders and natural advantages. Each ad told a unique part of the Palisades story with a goal of reaching both Realtors and homebuyers.

OUTDOOR ADVERTISING

Billboards, designed by BURKE, were placed across Charlotte to bring the entire Palisades marketing campaign together. Outdoor ads supported the message of video and print, welcoming people to make Palisades their community of choice for a naturally elegant lifestyle.

SPECIAL EVENTS

To draw key visitors to Palisades, BURKE coordinated multiple sales events including Taste of Palisades, a Realtor open house that highlighted the property’s builders, model homes, neighborhoods and a new Resident’s Club. Tagged A Community Worth Savoring, the event provided food from Palisades Club House, continuing education sessions, enticing print materials and prizes for added attention.

In mid-fall, BURKE helped Palisades launch its Wicked Welcome Halloween festival with onsite radio coverage, hourly giveaways, open house tours, and fun activities for all ages.
